MATS, Musical Acumen Testing System
IMPORTANT DATES
MATS is Beej's pioneering Online Testing System for Indian music - Carnatic Edition, to assess and award Graded Certification based on Beej's learning program - AIM, Accelerated Indian Music.
The OTS comprises a Progressive Set of Objectives Based Multiple Choice Questions & Subjective Mode in multimedia format
- - Answer to regular questions in Text format (OR)
- - Listening to an AV Clip and select from the answer choices
- - Record as an AV Clip for any given practical exercise
There are 9 Graded Certifications to complete the AIM Program.
The exams for the first 8 Grades from Level Kalpa to Antara are conducted through MATS.
